Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with tags still attached.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for size or color within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process
Email us at toptoedance@naver.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Once approved, send the item back to the return address provided in our reply.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item.
We will gladly replace or refund it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
