Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ERELL Dance. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy
We offer free domestic shipping on orders over 70,000 KRW (after discounts).
For orders under 70,000 KRW, a flat shipping fee of 3,000 KRW will be applied at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. 

International Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping via EMS on all orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts).
For orders under $100, EMS shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
All shipments are sent via EMS (Express Mail Service) for reliable and timely delivery.

Customs & Duties
The recipient is responsible for any import duties and taxes that may be applied to international shipments. 
These charges are imposed by the destination country and are beyond our control. 
If the recipient refuses to accept the package, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. 
Any related costs (including round-trip shipping fees and customs charges) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Lost or Damaged Packages
ERELL Dance is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
